Return Policy

Orateeth offers a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached. The plastic sealing film must remain intact, and the receipt is required. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees, unless the return is due to a defective product or a merchant error.

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Products returned after the 30-day return period.
• Items that have been physically damaged, modified, or damaged by liquids.
• Items that are missing parts or not covered by warranty.

Damages and Issues

Orateeth offers a 2-year standard warranty. Products registered on orateeth.com are eligible for an additional 1-year extended warranty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@orateeth.com if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action, whether that be a refund, replacement, or repair.

Exchange Conditions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Misuse or abusive use, including physical abuse or damage by liquids.
• Incorrect operation or failure to follow the user manual or manufacturer instructions.
• Improper installation or maintenance.
• Failure to clean the product properly.
• Use of unauthorized or non-standard parts (e.g., incompatible chargers).
• Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or dampness.
• Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, storms, or acts of terrorism.
• Modifications, repairs, or any other work done by someone other than the Orateeth Support Team.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please email us at support@orateeth.com to initiate the exchange process.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by U.S. law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the procedures established by U.S. law.

Standard Warranty

Orateeth offers a 2-year limited warranty valid from the date of purchase. If your Orateeth product is found to be defective during this period, Orateeth will repair or replace it free of charge under the conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

1. Orateeth's warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:
   • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches)
   • Damage caused by:
     • Normal wear and tear
     • Accidents, misuse, or exposure to dirt or water
     • Unauthorized tampering or repairs
     • Improper use or failure to follow care instructions
     • Charging errors or using non-Orateeth chargers
     • Commercial use or modifications to the product

Terms & Conditions

1. Repair or Replacement: If a defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Orateeth will repair or replace the product at no cost. The replacement may differ in color or model but will be of equivalent value.
2. Proof of Purchase: To claim the warranty, you must provide the original sales receipt and the extended warranty confirmation email. Please store these documents securely.
3. Geographic Limitations: This warranty is valid only for products purchased in the United States, Canada, or EU countries where Orateeth products are officially sold. Please check your product packaging for details.
4. Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Orateeth is committed to environmental sustainability. Our products may contain recyclable electronic components or batteries. Customers are encouraged to dispose of these products at designated electronic waste collection points for proper recycling.
