Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses and logistics centers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the United States, with most orders shipped from local warehouses for faster delivery. During peak seasons or when supply is tight, we may ship from different regions.

How long does processing take?
We strive to ship your order from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. However, if we need additional time to inspect or perfect your items, especially during the busy season, we kindly ask for your patience. Additionally, although we do our best to avoid it, items may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
