Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

Every Orateeth device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Customers may extend the warranty to 2 years by registering their product and subscribing to Orateeth updates through our official website, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

This warranty covers repair or replacement of confirmed manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty Coverage

Orateeth's warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal and intended use.

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Improper cleaning, maintenance, or use contrary to the product's instructions

  • Liquid or moisture damage caused by use outside the product's specified conditions

  • Unauthorized opening, modification, repair, or servicing

  • Improper charging, incorrect power sources, or charging accessories that do not meet the product's specified requirements

  • Use with accessories or components that are not approved by Orateeth, where such use causes the damage

  • Commercial or non-household use

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality, including scratches, dents, or discoloration

Warranty Terms

1. Repair or Replacement

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, Orateeth may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional charge.

Any replacement product may differ in color or model, but will provide comparable or greater functionality.

2. Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

For claims under the extended 2-year warranty, customers may also be required to provide proof of warranty registration.

3. Geographic Limitations

This warranty applies to products purchased through official Orateeth sales channels in supported regions.

Warranty coverage may vary by country and is subject to applicable local consumer protection laws.

4. Warranty Eligibility

The extended 2-year warranty is available only to eligible Orateeth products that have been properly registered through the official Orateeth website.

Orateeth reserves the right to verify the purchase channel, product model, purchase date, registration status, and other information relevant to the warranty claim.

Environmental Considerations

Orateeth is committed to responsible product disposal and environmental sustainability.

Products may contain electronic components or batteries that should not be disposed of with ordinary household waste. Customers are encouraged to follow local regulations and use designated electronic waste or battery collection facilities where available.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Orateeth Customer Service at support@orateeth.com.

Please provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty registration confirmation, if claiming under the extended 2-year warranty

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the issue, when applicable

Orateeth may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty applies only to Orateeth devices, including electric toothbrushes and water flossers.

It does not cover consumable or replacement accessories such as brush heads, nozzles, charging cables, or other detachable components, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This warranty does not limit or replace any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable local laws.
