Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Sale, and Payment Methods at the Online Store https://orateeth.com

1. General Provisions

1.1 These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are established to ensure the rights of you (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the online store https://orateeth.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), and to define the obligations and responsibilities of both parties.

1.2 The Terms apply when the Buyer uses the services of the Store, places orders for goods or services offered by the Store, makes payments for orders, provides personal data, reads the information available on the Store, and performs any other actions (collectively referred to as "Services").

1.3 By clicking the "Pay" button during checkout, the Buyer confirms that they have read all the Terms, understood their content, and agree unconditionally with all provisions of the Terms and commit to complying with them. If the Buyer does not agree to the Terms or does not understand any part of them, they are not permitted to use the Store’s services.

1.4 The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms applicable to the Buyer is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

2. Moment of Purchase-Sale Contract

2.1 The purchase-sale contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer forms a basket of goods, provides a delivery address, chooses a payment method, and places an order after reviewing the Terms. The contract remains in effect until all obligations under this contract are fully performed.

3. Account Registration and Ordering Process

3.1 To order and purchase products from https://orateeth.com and use the website’s services, the Buyer must create a user account. The account creation button requires the Buyer to fill in necessary details for order fulfillment.

3.2 During registration, the Buyer must provide an email address, which will be used for logging into the account and contacting the Buyer about orders. A password must also be provided during registration for account security.

3.3 https://orateeth.com is not responsible for any damage caused to the Buyer by not ensuring the security of their account or disclosing their password to others. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their account details secure.

4. Prices of Goods and Services

4.1 All prices for goods and services provided are published on the online Store and are valid only for orders placed through the Store.

4.2 The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods and services at any time without prior notice.

4.3 The final order price, which the Buyer agrees to pay to the Seller, is indicated in the “Order Summary” section at checkout.

5. Order Execution Terms

5.1 Order execution (shipment) terms are calculated in business days.

5.2 Goods will be delivered within 6-15 business days for domestic orders and 6-20 business days for international orders, from the moment payment for the ordered goods is received. If the item is unavailable, the paid amount will be refunded to the Buyer.

6. Payment and Purchase Documents

6.1 The Store integrates the PayPal payment system, allowing convenient payments for orders.

6.2 All order-related information, including payment details, is sent to the Buyer via the email address provided during the purchase process.

7. Order Delivery

7.1 The Seller undertakes to deliver the order to the address provided by the Buyer.

7.2 The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the Seller will not re-ship the order unless the Buyer pays additional shipping fees.

7.3 Delivery is carried out by courier services such as FedEx or DHL. If the Buyer fails to claim the order or provide a correct address, the order will be returned to the Seller.

8. Cancellation or Modification of Purchase-Sale Contract

8.1 The Buyer may modify or cancel the order before it is shipped by contacting the Seller via email at support@orateeth.com.

9. Responsibilities

9.1 The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information in the order. The Buyer will be held responsible for any consequences arising from the inaccuracy of the provided information.

9.2 The Seller is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence by the Seller or its employees.

9.3 The Seller is not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of income.

9.4 The Seller is not liable for disruptions in the Store’s operations due to issues with third-party systems, networks, or services.

10. Complaint Handling Procedure

10.1 If the Buyer has a complaint regarding an order, they must contact the Store via email at support@orateeth.com, providing the order number and a brief description of the issue.

10.2 The Seller will investigate the complaint and respond to the Buyer within 14 calendar days, unless other laws or regulations require a different timeframe.

11. Return Conditions

11.1 The Buyer has the right to return goods within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

11.2 The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

11.3 To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Store via email at support@orateeth.com, and the Seller will provide return instructions within 5 business days.

11.4 We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours after the returned goods are received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.

11.5 Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.

12. Governing Law (Legal Jurisdiction)

12.1 These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.
12.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HK.

13. Final Provisions

13.1 If the Buyer does not agree to the Terms or fails to comply with any of the provisions, they are not allowed to use the Store’s services.
