Refund policy

Return Policy

Orateeth offers a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached. The plastic sealing film must remain intact, and the receipt is required.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees, unless the return is due to a defective product or a merchant error.

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Products returned after the 30-day return period.
• Items that have been physically damaged, modified, or damaged by liquids.
• Items that are missing parts or not covered by warranty.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Returned items should be handled with reasonable care and must be returned. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

To initiate a return or exercise your EU right of withdrawal, please submit a return request through your account or via the "Returns and cancellations" link in our Support menu.

Damages and Issues

Orateeth offers a 1-year standard warranty. Products registered on orateeth.com are eligible for an additional 1-year extended warranty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@orateeth.com if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action, whether that be a refund, replacement, or repair.

Exchange Conditions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Misuse or abusive use, including physical abuse or damage by liquids.
  • Incorrect operation or failure to follow the user manual or manufacturer instructions.
  • Improper installation or maintenance.
  • Failure to clean the product properly.
  • Use of unauthorized or non-standard parts (e.g., incompatible chargers).
  • Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or dampness.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, storms, or acts of terrorism.
  • Modifications, repairs, or any other work done by someone other than the Orateeth Support Team.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please email us at support@orateeth.com to initiate the exchange process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.

If a resolution cannot be reached, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
