FAQ
I am using the irrigator for the first time and my gums are bleeding. Is this normal? What should I do?
Yes, this can be normal for first-time users. Your gums may need time to adjust to the new cleaning method. It is recommended to start by using the Soft (Gentle) mode for the first 1-2 weeks. This minor bleeding or itching should subside within this period. If bleeding persists for more than two weeks, stop using the product and consult your dentist.
How do I properly clean and maintain my irrigator to ensure hygiene and longevity?
•Nozzle: Remove the nozzle by pressing the release button. Clean it with water and a cloth after each use. Replace the nozzle every 3 months, or immediately if the tip is deformed.
• Water Tank: Regularly pull out the water tank to clean it. Wipe the water inlet to prevent leaks.
• Body: Clean the main body with a soft cloth dipped in liquid soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or alcohol. You can rinse it with water (below 50°C / 122°F), but ensure it is completely dried afterward.
• After Use: Always drain any remaining water from the tank and the unit's internal tubing by turning the device on after emptying the tank, letting it run until no more water comes out.
Why is the water pressure low or why won't my device turn on?
• Low Water Pressure: This is most commonly caused by a damaged or deformed nozzle. Check the nozzle tip and replace it if necessary.
• Device Won't Turn On / No Power:
◦ Low Battery: Connect the provided Type-C cable to charge the device. The red indicator light will flash while charging and turn solid green when fully charged (approximately 3 hours).
◦ Check Connection: Ensure the charging cable is firmly plugged into both the device's Type-C port and the power adapter.
◦ If these steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a circuit fault. Please contact customer support for assistance and do not attempt to disassemble the unit yourself.
